- Program Manager for landfill design evaluation which resulted in cost savings greater than $150,000/acre construction costs.
- Project Director for property transaction screening of solid waste facilities across the U.S. as part of a multi-billion dollar acquisition.
- Conducted ASTM evaluations for environmental risks and provided recommendations for remediation actions for acquired facilities.

BACKGROUND
Paul's prominent environmental engineering career includes leadership in the manufacturing and waste industries as well as in engineering consulting services. In 2020, Paul was honored with the MSW Management Magazine's Professionals Impacting the Waste Industry - LEGACY Award.
Paul served as Golder Associates' U.S. Waste Sector Leader responsible for coordination of the company's highly successful nationwide waste industry services. Paul's quality-driven focus and strategic implementation of successful permitting, design, siting and construction projects are recognized for their excellence in sustainability and environmental compliance. For his leadership,
Paul was elected to the Engineering Society of Detroit's College of Fellows, Wayne State University's College of Engineering Hall of Fame and the University of Michigan's Chi Epsilon National Honor Society. Paul continues to lead in community and professional boards and committees.
